"Every dog must have its day."
Hi, my name is Vincent and I am a graduate of the National Dog Training Federation, with a Certificate III in Dog Handling & Training - and more than anything, I love working with dogs!
The ethos of Dog's Day Training is that the key to a happy and healthy relationship with your dog is based upon a foundation of communication and mutual understanding between you and your dog.
Dog's Day Training operates on a balanced system of Operant Conditioning, a system that uses both Reward and Correction to build in your dog an understanding of what you want them to do, and the consequences (good or bad) of how they behave accordingly.
Most importantly, Dog's Day Training believes that your dog should be a happy and engaged companion that enjoys obeying your commands, and maybe even teaching you a thing or two along the way!
Drop me a line and let me know how we can make your Dog's Day better!
I have a deep love and passion for all animals and treat every pet that I work with like my own. I never compromise quality with the tools that I use in my training, and advocate for my clients to do the same.
I provide realistic and achievable training goals, and work with my clients schedules to accommodate their lives. I strive for honest customer service, clear timelines for training outcomes to ensure complete satisfaction for my clients and their furry family.

MY NAME IS VINCENT and I love dogs.
I discovered my love of working with dogs after moving to Melbourne in 2016. I discovered that I knew very few people in Victoria and so began volunteering at a nearby RSPCA as a way to get to meet new people, and quickly discovered that working with dogs of all sizes was much more fulfilling than my day job!
I enrolled in a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training with the National Dog Training Federation, including a special interest unit in Assistance Dog Training, graduating in early 2018.
As a dog trainer and handler I utilise a balanced system of Reinforcement and Correction to create a safe and supportive training environment where dogs and their owners learn to communicate with one another and achieve their training and behavioural goals.
